Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Design and implement components such as Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Page, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing during the development lifecycle.
- Write technical documentation and user guides when necessary.
- Review and optimize existing codebase, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, governor limits, and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Work closely with PM and DM to support presales activities:
- Prepare technical proposals, solution outlines, and effort estimations
- Contribute to client presentations or demos as needed
Job Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce Page, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing & visibility, and governor limits.
- Proven experience building scalable integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience working with Sale Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce Industries is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
- Salesforce certifications such as Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Application Architect are highly preferred.
- Have experience working in the Banking or Insurance domain
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and capability to mentor team members.
