An HRM system integrating Salesforce with a legacy time attendance system
MOR Software partnered with a Japanese company to develop an online time attendance management service by integrating Salesforce with their legacy system. The project, which lasted 15 months and involved a team of 18 members, utilized technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Servlet, Lambda, and Typescript. The process included building a human resources management system on AppExchange, synchronizing data from the PitTouch time clock, setting up an API Gateway, and executing ETL processes to transfer data.
The customer is a Japanese company specializing in providing online time attendance management services. Their goal was to enhance their HRM offerings by developing a robust service on Salesforce's AppExchange platform.
