Bridge Engineer (BrSE)
- 1. Job Description
- • Acting as a bridge between Japanese customers and Offshore project team in Vietnam.
- • Working directly with Japanese customers: communicating, negotiating, receiving analysis of software project requirements… and communicating to the project team in Vietnam.
- • Working as PM of the project: Planning, monitoring progress, managing Onsiters team…
- • Control project implementation progress, coordinate with customers and directors in project management.
- 2. Requirement
- • Japanese equivalent to N2, good communication with Japanese people.
- • Having at least 1 year of equivalent experience or experience in the IT industry (developer, BA, …) specializing in the Japanese market.
- • Experience and proficiency in one of the programming languages PHP / Java / .Net …
- • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- • Good planning and management skills.
- • Understanding of Japanese culture and working style.
- • Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Japan.
- • Can use and communicate in English or other foreign languages is a big advantage.
- 2. Requirement
- • Negotiable income
- • 2 months probation full 100% salary
