Backend Developer
- 1. Description:
- • Participate in the development of backends for customer projects.
- • Coordinate with the Web Frontend team, Mobile Developer to develop the project.
- • Make sure the product needs to run at the right operations and speed to process, collect and analyze data, operate and optimize code snippets to predict and fix problems or issues that need improvement.
- 2. Requirements:
- • At least 01 year working as a Java Developer, directly involved in programming technology products including website & mobile (plus if any), backend and RESTful APIs.
- • Have skills and experience in working with NodeJS, Typescript, and work with at least the following frameworks: Express.js, Loopback.js,….
- • Has backend system (CRUD) and RESTful API skills & work experience.
- • Have experience and skills in working with MongoDB main database systems (know more about MySQL, PostgreSQL is a plus).
- • Has basic HTML5 and CSS3 programming skills.
- • Experience in working with ReactJS, Typescript, NPM is a plus.
- • Have products, demos or send sample source code to show work experience is a plus.
- • Being able to use English is an advantage.
- 3. Benefits:
- • Starting income: $1000 – $2000/ negotiable according to ability.
- • Bonus right from 10% – 20% on the monthly salary above the offer, depending on the position.
- • 13th month salary + project-based bonus + soft bonus based on work performance + bonus Tet + seniority bonus….
- • Consider salary increase at least 2 times/year (fixed) and according to work performance
- • Limited and unlimited bonuses for certificates in foreign languages, IT (ISTQB, AWS, salesforce,…) from 1-5 million/month. Funding for examination and study costs for some specialized certificates subject.
