IT Business Development
- 1. Description:
- • Field: outsourcing services and software development.
- • Seeking customers, exploiting, developing new business opportunities together with partners in the Korean market and markets in English-speaking countries such as Australia, USA, Canada,..
- • Coordinate with the Sales team to closely follow the old customers to ensure the progress and quality of the project.
- • Analyze & forecast the situation of customers, markets, propose necessary policies in a timely manner.
- • Meet in person, listen to needs, contact internally, prepare quotations, schemes, contracts, etc.
- • Conducting events and seminars related to promotion and sales of products.
- 2. Requirements:
- • Experienced in business, market development.
- • Priority is given to candidates with experience in information technology, software development,… Special priority is given to candidates who have held equivalent positions in units such as CMC, FPT,…
- • Market savvy and agile in handling tasks.
- • Ability to negotiate/ communicate well, enthusiastically, responsibly with work.
- • Good use of Korean. Being able to use English is a big advantage.
- 3. Benefits:
- • Starting income: 15.000.000vnd-35.000.000vnd/ negotiable according to ability.
- • 13th month salary + project-based bonus + soft bonus based on work performance + bonus Tet + seniority bonus….
- • Consider salary increase at least 2 times/year (fixed) and according to work performance
- • Limited and unlimited bonuses for certificates in foreign languages, IT (ISTQB, AWS, salesforce,…) from 1-10 million/month. Funding for examination and study costs for some specialized certificates subject.
