Ruby On Rails Developer
- 1. Description:
- • Participate in the development and maintenance of web applications on Ruby on Rails platform.
- • Participate in analyzing requirements, developing solutions, developing software according to customer requirements.
- • Research, learn the features to meet customers comprehensive solutions.
- 2. Requirements:
- • 4 years or more of Ruby on Rails programming experience.
- • Understanding of SQL & NoSQL database systems .
- • Mastery of Web knowledge (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and OOP.
- • Good use of management tools source code: svn, GIT.
- • Experienced in Agile Scrum project development.
- • Experienced in project implementation using AWS services, Azure is an advantage.
- • Promoting responsibility in the work, a good sense of product quality.
- • Passionate about researching and learning new technologies, developing yourself.
- • Being able to communicate in English and Japanese is a great advantage.
- 3. Benefits:
- • Starting income: $600 ~ $2200++/ negotiable according to ability.
- • 13th month salary + project-based bonus + soft bonus based on work performance + bonus Tet + seniority bonus….
- • Consider salary increase at least 2 times/year (fixed) and according to work performance
- • Limited and unlimited bonuses for certificates in foreign languages, IT (ISTQB, AWS, salesforce,…) from 1-5 million/month. Funding for examination and study costs for some specialized certificates subject.
