Secure Healthcare Management System

The project aimed to develop an all-encompassing software system to manage daily operations in hospitals and clinics. Key features include integration with medical devices for automatic data capture, detailed management of clinics, doctors, staff, and patients, and automated billing processes. The development process spanned 24 months, leveraging technologies like Java Spring, ReactJS, and AWS, and involved a team of 12 members. The project focused on creating a user-friendly interface that supports flexible healthcare service delivery.

The customer is a South Korean healthcare provider focused on enhancing operational efficiency in medical facilities. They sought a solution to automate and streamline processes, from patient data management to billing and analytics, to improve overall healthcare service delivery.

MOR Software faced challenges in integrating diverse medical devices, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and developing a scalable system capable of handling large volumes of data and users. Additionally, maintaining data security and privacy was critical.

To address these challenges, MOR Software implemented a robust backend using Java Spring for seamless integration with medical devices and ReactJS for a responsive front-end experience. AWS was used to ensure scalability and reliability. Data security protocols were established to safeguard sensitive information, and the system was designed to be flexible to accommodate various healthcare workflows.

The system significantly improved operational efficiency in the client's hospitals and clinics by automating data entry and billing processes, reducing errors, and enhancing patient care. The system's scalability and adaptability have positioned it for future expansion and integration with additional healthcare facilities, leading to improved healthcare delivery.
